Cusco Safety 21’s roll bars and roll cages are made of extra tough and strong cold drawn seamless carbon steel.

Pipe Diameter is 40mm, thickness is 2.0mm

Cusco pays careful attention to detail when designing these steel roll cages and bars, so that the roll cages come out as light and rigid as possible. This includes positioning the mounts where they are most effective at increasing rigidity, such as on suspension mounts.

The lightweight joints used increase safety with competition roll bar layout.

The Safety 21, 6 point Steel roll cage weighs an average of 24kgs

Cusco's roll bar layout is designed from their extensive racing experience and keeps the drivers field of vision as wide as possible.

Note 1: Cusco cage is designed for front seat occupants only.

Note 2: Door bars and Diagaonals are also available

There are many roll cage options available from Cusco, from 4 point rear cage to 13 point weld in race cages, and through dash options, please call for details.

Most options including this 6 point cage are available in Chromoly which is approx 33% lighter than the steel cages.
